Terms of Service

  1. Who we are. This site is run by Sneaker Alphabet ("we"), 6 Tree Tops Court, Leeds, LS8 2AH, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@sneakeralphabet.com.
  2. Orders. An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, for example because of a pricing error, and you'll get a full refund if we do.
  3. Prices. Prices are in £ (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.
  4. Made to order. Clothing, hats, socks and mugs are printed on demand by our partner Printful. Colours can vary slightly between screens and the finished item, and print placement can vary slightly. The book is posted by us from Leeds.
  5. Cancellations, returns & faults. See our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
  6. Intellectual property. All designs, illustrations and text, including the Air to Z Sneaker Alphabet Book, belong to Sneaker Alphabet. Sneaker Alphabet is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Nike, Jordan Brand, adidas or any other footwear brand. Model names are used for description only.
  7. Liability. We're responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We aren't liable for business losses, and we don't exclude liability where the law doesn't allow it.
  8. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring claims in your local courts.
  9. Changes. We may update these terms. The version in force when you order applies.
